Institut Salvador Sunyer
Institut Salvador Sunyer i Aimeric is a public secondary school located in Salt (Girona, Spain), offering compulsory secondary education and vocational education and training. The school is committed to inclusive education and innovative pedagogies, promoting active learning through STEAM, digital technologies, and interdisciplinary approaches. Within the DIVE into Learning project, the institute contributes to the co-design of the curriculum, lesson plans, and educational resources. As a pilot school, it implements and tests the co-created activities in classroom settings, provides feedback for their improvement, and participates in teacher training and dissemination activities.
Universitat de Girona
The Universitat de Girona (UdG) is a public higher education institution in Catalonia, Spain, committed to education, research, and social impact. The project is coordinated by the UdiGitalEdu research group, which has extensive experience in Erasmus+ projects focused on educational innovation, digital technologies, and social inclusion. The group specialises in STEAM education, Maker Education, and creative learning methodologies. The project is further supported by the Research Center of Underwater Robotics (CIRS), part of the VICOROB institute, which contributes significant expertise in low-cost underwater robotics. Within DIVE into Learning, UdG leads project management, pedagogical design, quality assurance, and partner coordination.
Marathon Secondary School
Marathon Secondary School is a public secondary education institution in Greece serving a diverse student population, including recently arrived migrant students and learners with varying educational needs. The school is strongly committed to inclusive education and student-centred pedagogies that foster collaboration, creativity, and interdisciplinary learning. Within the DIVE into Learning project, the school contributes to the co-design of the curriculum, lesson plans, and educational resources. As a pilot institution, it implements and evaluates the project activities in classroom settings, particularly within Skills Labs, while also supporting teacher training and the promotion of inclusive educational practices.
Action Synergy
Action Synergy is a Greek organisation with extensive experience in teacher training, educational innovation, and European cooperation projects. The organisation specialises in developing and promoting innovative learning approaches that enhance student engagement and educational effectiveness. It has coordinated and participated in numerous Erasmus+ initiatives focused on professional development, inclusion, and digital education. Within the DIVE into Learning project, Action Synergy leads the organisation of teacher training activities, supports the development of educational resources, and contributes to the monitoring and evaluation of project implementation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Instituto José Arencibia Gil
Instituto José Arencibia Gil is a secondary education institution located in Gran Canaria, Spain, serving approximately 1,000 students across compulsory secondary education, upper secondary education, and vocational education and training. The school has extensive experience in STEM education and project-based learning initiatives. Within the DIVE into Learning project, it acts as a pilot institution, implementing and testing the educational activities in real classroom contexts. The school contributes practical expertise through the construction and presentation of ROVs with students and actively supports teacher training and the dissemination of project methodologies at regional and national levels.
Plocan
PLOCAN (Oceanic Platform of the Canary Islands) is a Unique Scientific and Technical Infrastructure (ICTS) dedicated to marine science, technology, and innovation. It has extensive experience in educational activities related to marine robotics, ocean literacy, and STEM learning. Through its research facilities and outreach programmes, PLOCAN promotes the connection between science, technology, and society. Within the DIVE into Learning project, PLOCAN leads dissemination and sustainability activities, contributes to the design of educational resources, and actively participates in the development and implementation of project activities, providing expertise in marine technologies and underwater robotics.
Escola Secundária Francisco Franco
Escola Secundária Francisco Franco (ESFF) is a public secondary school located in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal, with a long tradition of educational excellence and innovation. The school offers a broad range of academic and vocational pathways and is recognised for its commitment to arts education, technical training, and student development. Throughout its history, ESFF has adapted to social and technological changes while preparing students for higher education and professional careers. Within the DIVE into Learning project, the school contributes to the co-design of educational resources, pilots project activities in classroom contexts, and participates actively in teacher training and dissemination initiatives.

ARDITI (Regional Agency for the Development of Research, Technology and Innovation) is a private non-profit organisation based in Madeira, Portugal. It promotes research, innovation, and knowledge transfer through collaboration between educational institutions, researchers, and regional stakeholders. ARDITI has extensive experience in supporting educational and scientific initiatives that foster innovation and capacity building. Within the DIVE into Learning project, ARDITI is responsible for supporting the implementation of the DIVE methodology, providing guidance to teachers, monitoring its application in schools, and contributing to the assessment of its effectiveness and impact.
