The Universitat de Girona (UdG) is a public higher education institution in Catalonia, Spain, committed to education, research, and social impact. The DIVE into Learning project is coordinated by the UdiGitalEdu research group, which has extensive experience in Erasmus+ projects focused on education, digital innovation, and social inclusion. The group specialises in designing creative learning experiences based on STEAM, Maker Education, and tinkering approaches. As project coordinator, UdiGitalEdu leads the overall management, pedagogical design, and partner coordination, ensuring the quality and impact of the project outcomes.The project is further supported by the Research Center of Underwater Robotics (CIRS), part of the VICOROB institute, which brings over a decade of experience in delivering low-cost underwater robotics workshops, contributing strong technical expertise to the project.

Institut Salvador Sunyer

The Institut Salvador Sunyer i Aimeric is a public secondary education institution located in Salt (Girona, Spain), offering compulsory secondary education (ESO) and vocational education and training. The school is committed to inclusive education and innovative pedagogies, promoting active learning through STEAM, digital technologies, and interdisciplinary approaches. Within the DIVE into Learning project, the institute plays a key role in the co-design of the curriculum and learning activities, contributing to the development of lesson plans and educational resources. As an implementation partner, it pilots the co-created activities in real classroom contexts, providing valuable feedback for their refinement. In addition, the institute is actively involved in teacher training, supporting the transfer and scaling of project methodologies to other educators..

Action Synergy

Action Synergy is a Greek organisation with long experience in training teachers on innovative educational methods and approaches that make learning more attractive and more efficient. In the DIVE into Learning project, Action Synergy leads the organisation of the teacher training activities and contributes to the development and monitoring of implementation.

Marathon Secondary School

Marathon Secondary School is a public lower secondary education institution in Greece, serving a diverse student population, including recently arrived migrant students and learners with varying language levels and special educational needs. The school is strongly committed to inclusive education and applies experiential, student-centred teaching approaches that promote collaboration, creativity, and interdisciplinary learning across subject areas.

Within the DIVE into Learning project, the school plays a key role as a pilot institution, contributing to the co-design of the curriculum, lesson plans, and educational resources. It implements and tests the co-created activities in classroom settings, integrating them particularly within the Skills Labs course, which focuses on the development of transversal and STEM-related competences. The school also supports interdisciplinary collaboration across subjects such as Physics, Computer Science, Technology, and Humanities.

In addition, Marathon Secondary School is actively involved in teacher training, contributing to the transfer and scaling of project methodologies to other educators while ensuring inclusive practices that address diverse learning needs.

Plocan

PLOCAN is a ICTS (Unique Scientific and Technical Infrastructure) focused on marine science and technology, with a a strong background in educative marine robotics activities. Within the DIVE into Learning project, PLOCAN leads the dissemination and sustainability actions, has a strong role in the design of the project resources and takes part in most of the project activities.

Instituto José Arencibia Gil

Instituto de Educación Secundaria is a secondary education institute, located in Gran Canaria, serves approximately 1,000 students across compulsory secondary education (ESO), upper secondary education (Bachillerato), and vocational education and training (VET).
Within the DIVE into Learning project, the school plays a key role as a pilot institution, implementing and testing the co-designed educational activities in real classroom contexts. It contributes hands-on experience through the construction and presentation of ROVs with ESO students. Additionally, the school is actively involved in teacher training, supporting the transfer of project methodologies by training other educators across the Canary Islands and, through online initiatives in Spanish, at national level.

ARDITI

ARDITI is a private non-profit organization from Madeira, Portugal. Within the DIVE into Learning project is responsible for implementing the DIVE method by providing guidelines to teachers, supporting trained teachers, and assessing if the method is being well-implemented.

Escola Secundária Francisco Franco

Francisco Franco Secondary School (ESFF), located in Madeira, Portugal, is a long-standing public education institution that has played a significant role in the social and educational development of the region. Since its foundation, the school has evolved alongside the city of Funchal, relocating from its original site on Rua de Santa Maria to its current facilities on Rua João de Deus. It is recognised for its strong capacity to adapt to social and technological changes, supporting students in the development of human, cultural, and professional competences for both higher education and entry into the labour market.The school has contributed to the education of highly recognised professionals across Madeira and Portugal mainland in fields such as technology, arts, engineering, law, economics, health, and architecture. Building on this legacy, ESFF maintains a strong focus on arts education and vocational pathways, offering a range of vocational courses and certified training programmes (CEF) that foster both creativity and technical skills.Within the DIVE into Learning project, the school plays a key role as a pilot institution, contributing to the co-design of the curriculum, lesson plans, and educational resources. It is actively involved in the implementation and testing of the co-created activities in classroom contexts. In addition, the school participates in teacher training activities, supporting the transfer and scaling of project methodologies to other educators.
